Ami James is an Israeli-born tattoo artist who was born on April 6, 1972. He was born with Jewish ethnicity to an American father who converted to Judaism three years earlier from moving to Israel. Talking about his early life and childhood days, he was born to an Israeli army with Israeli nationality. As his father was an army, he spent most of his childhood days in Egypt and Israel. At the age of 11, James moved to United States in order to live with his grandparents and moved to Miami at the age of twelve. Similarly he owns the Miami nightclub Love Hate Lounge and DeVille clothing company. He also has created designs for Motorola’s RAZR V3 mobile phones. Recently he has invested in a jewelry line named Love Hate Choppers Jewelry. Later on he moved to New York in order to begin his new show named NY ink.
