Augusten Xon Burroughs is an American writer (screen writer, essayist) who was born as Christopher Richter Robison on the 23rd of October, 1965, and in 2015 his current age is 50 years old. He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States of America as the younger of two children into a family of writers. His mother, Margaret Robison was a well-known poet and his father John G. Robison, used to work as the head of philosophy department at University of Massachusetts Amherst. Is elder brother John Elder Robison is an essayist as well, and the two were raised at their home in Massachusetts although they kept moving around Shaftsbury, Amherst, and Northampton. In 1978 when he was only 13 years old, his parents got divorced and his family doctor inherited him while his brother had already started to work for himself. He completed his studies from Holyoke Community College, after initially dropping out of school. An American by nationality, he belongs to white ethnicity.
Augusten is a tall man, and his height is about 5 feet and 11 inches although it is not officially provided on the media. Judging from his appearance and his photos, he seems to be pretty tall and has a distinct look about himself. He is bald, and has got nice beard that he doesn’t often shave. He wears spectacles as he is suffering from short sightedness. He doesn’t have many pictures on the media, and absolutely has got none where he has gone shirtless. He doesn’t have tattoos on his body, either nor any piercings.
Regarding his dating life, there is not much to talk about it as he has a very low profile relationship status. He hasn’t had many girlfriends to talk about, and doesn’t seem like the person to be in multiple affairs. A writer, he says he enjoys his time alone with his thoughts dwelling on his minds in an infinite circle and pattern so obscure that he himself can’t figure it out mostly. He has been married and has been with his partner Christopher Schelling for a long time. He is sexually gay, and his partner who initially worked as his assistant fell in love and started dating. They haven’t got any children and aren’t planning on adopting one anytime soon. They haven’t had any news of divorce and seem to be in a happy and strong relationship. There is no chance of him having a wife (a woman).
