Brent Woody Musburger is an Ameican sportscaster for the ABC television and ESPN who was born o May 26, 1939 I Portland, Oregon, USA and his current age is 76. He has a great height of 1.88m. He was raised and grown up in Bilings, Montana. His father was Cec Musburger and mother was Beryl Ruth. Brent was an umpire for ‘Minor league baseball’ in the 1950s. He was also a friend of former ‘Major League’ pitcher named Dave Mcnally. He has a brother named Todd Musburger who is also a sports agent. Brent and his brother stole a car, which belonged to their mother’s cleaning lady when he was just 12 years of age. He was sent to the ‘Shattuck-St. Mary’s’ by his parents, which was situated in Faribault, Minnesota. He attended Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism where he was suspended for a year to operate a car without a license.

He started his career as a sportswriter for a newspaper called ‘Chicago American’ with legendary Warren Brown. He wrote a column regarding “Tommie Smith” and john Carlo” in 1968 of their protest for racial injustice in the United States of America with a black power salute to the medal stand in the “Summer Olympics” of 1968. He began a 22 years of association with CBS initially as a sport anchor for ‘WBBM’ radio and later for ‘WBBM-TV’. He went to Los Angeles in the mid 1970s and hosted news and sports for ‘KNXT’. He worked with his co-anchor, Connie Chung on KNXT’s evening newscasts from the year 1978 to 1980 and then he joined CBS sports for full time.

He started hosting some regular Ntional football league games with co-host Irv Cross. He was then paired with Tommy Mason and later with Wayne Walker next year. He hosted many other events there but what made him famous was his association with ‘The NFL Today’.  During his time, the CBS’ NFL was the number 1 ranked show. His show opening teases to the different games was one of his signatures of the program. CBS covered live images from the various stadiums and “You are looking live at….” became one of his catch and famous phrases. His voice often lowered off on the last letter of “CBS” creating another catch phrase. He was able to make headlines when he involved in a fish fight with Jimmy in a Manhattan bar on October 27, 1980. 

He got married to his girlfriend, Arlene Musburger who were dating for a quite long time. The couple has two children specifically, two sons.
